Look for cold-pressed oils such as olive, sunflower, corn and canola oil. These oils are also to be used sparingly and calculated into the 20-25% of your daily calories from fat. Soy and Canola also contain amino acids that make them healthy oils to consume. Of all of the healthy oils, olive oil is considered to be the best, as it will not break down over heat as easily as some of the others mentioned.
