How to Make Almond Milk to Lose Weight
by ebisi mark (2019-09-16)
To begin with, Almond milk is low in calories. Almond milk has fewer calories than cow milk – while the latter is a popular choice among people trying to lose weight. While a cup of whole dairy milk contains 146 calories, the same quantity of almond milk has only 30-50 calories. This makes the drink a great option for people trying to lose weight. However, make sure the milk is unsweetened to ensure it gives you the benefit of fewer calories. Sweetened almond milk may, in fact, be higher in calories than other types of milk.
