Is he really the right guy for you? It might feel that way because you miss him so badly, but missing someone doesn’t mean they are the right person for you. Maybe now you’re better able to support his vision for the future whereas you weren’t on board before. Whatever the case, sometimes you need to step away from something to see it more clearly.
