The leptin is a protein that is released from adipose tissue, so keeping a very close relationship with diseases such as diabetes or sterility. It is also related to the development of obesity, especially in adults. Thus, leptin can be of great help to control body weight and lose weight. In relation to the loss of body weight, leptin has three main functions: On the one hand, it inhibits the production of hormones that increase appetite. On the other hand, it stimulates the feeling of satiety, thus helping to reduce food consumption. And finally, it increases calorie consumption by activating metabolism. Therefore, leptin does help you lose weight thanks to its different functions: it reduces the feeling of hunger and encourages energy expenditure. Leptofix Reviews
